Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: Fly Express and Max Express.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Presently, Alweena Perfume online store is only available for purchase and shipment within UAE. You are required to choose a preferred country in order to avail the offers and products that are available in your respective countries. 

We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in UAE and request for a delivery in other countries, we will not be able to process the request.

Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries except UAE. As of now, we can ship the goods only to UAE.

To return your product,

you should mail your product to: Alweena Perfumes, Al soor street, Near Kuwaiti Masjid, Deira, Dubai. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 25 AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
